Watching pornography and masturbating
Q: I have a question about masturbation, and zina. I know both is haram, but what if a brother or a sister masturbates to pornography, and what if a brother or a sister talks to a female or a male on the phone, and masturbates, or watches a webcam and masturbates. I was wondering, is this considered zina? Or is this still masturbation (which is still haram)?
A: It is a combination of the both.

وَلا تَقرَبُوا الزِّنى إِنَّهُ كانَ فـحِشَةً وَساءَ سَبيلًا ﴿الإسراء:٣٢﴾
عن أبي هريرة أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لكل بني آدم حظ من الزنا فالعينان تزنيان وزناهما النظر واليدان تزنيان وزناهما البطش والرجلان يزنيان وزناهما المشي والفم يزني وزناه القبل والقلب يهوى ويتمنى والفرج يصدق ذلك أو يكذبه (مسند أحمد # 8526)
في الجوهرة الاستمناء حرام وفيه التعزير ولو مكن امرأته أو أمته من العبث بذكره فأنزل كره ولا شيء عليه (الدر المختار 4/27)
